KSPM misconfiguration recommendations moving to controller-level scope (GA)

October 5, 2026

Kubernetes security posture management (KSPM) misconfiguration recommendations are being updated to align their resource scope with Kubernetes workload controllers. Previously, recommendations appeared at the individual running container instance level. They will now appear at the container deployment or top-level controller scope, such as Deployment or StatefulSet. As a result, you might see changes to affected recommendations and their Secure Score impact.
